Located on nearly four acres at the end of a long drive is the David Rich house built in 1750. Offered for the first time in over 50 years the house is recognized by The Truro Historical Society as a well preserved mid-18th century full cape. The interior is largely unspoiled with most original details intact. Original wide pine floors and 9 over 6 windows are still in place. Also on the grounds of the family compound are 2 guest cottages. One was built in 1850 and said to be the original jail for Truro. The second cottage is charming and perfect for extended family or guests.
